Refund policy

Due to the often personalized or seasonal nature of our collections, we do not currently accept returns. (Please double check those size charts before ordering!)

The exception is if we have made a mistake in customization, such as a mistake in a monogram or other product personalization, though we are not responsible for customer typographical errors at the time of purchase.

If we have made a mistake in the customization of your item or if you have another issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Such items will need to be unworn with tags to be eligible for return.
